I didn't think I was going to toss anything up, but then while trying to review stuff I got hit with this particular doodle / concept... Besides. Who can't resist Tseng in a pink bunny suit?

And never underestimate Rufus' abillity to play a prank. <3 on the twisted humour? Sure.

Edit: (Sorry if this pops up again for some people!) For further clarification: Rufus didn't send Elena a memo because he wanted to annoy Tseng and he -knew- Elena'd be all 'squee' at the other's in their costumes. And do things like try to tempt Reno with fish. Because. Cats all love -fish-!
